Last Sunday's Kayaking CIP was hella fun. But, i had issues with my contacts once again. It's the fifth time now.

1st time : Right contact fell onto the sink and I was hardpressed for time. Had to dump the right contact and leave with a pair of specs.

2nd time : Right contact tore.

3rd time : Left contact tore.

4th time : Took me one hour in getting my right contact in and right contact tore.

5th time : Half an hour in getting my right contact in.

All these happened in less than a month. And i only wore my contacts for like 8~9 times.

So i happily left home to Pasir Ris to meet up with the others for kayaking. Benjamin, Maya, Yong Cheng, Yong Ler. ( Alphabetical order ).
Waited for an hour. Took wrist bands. Given wrong colour. Different group from most of the Meridians. We had to go with the ODAC people. So boring. Hate them.

So glad that we had kayaking background. Benjamin and I just simply breeze through the whole thing. Except for the picking litter part, i would assume that it's a pretty easy and fun cip.

So we raced others. We steered clear. We rammed. We drifted away. I banged Benjamin's head a few times. Pretty fun.

And best of all, it's all freeeeee!!! Sure helped me mend up that hole in my pocket. We all enjoyed it. YEA.

Thanks to Wen Xuan for asking me along. Thanks to Peng Guang for giving me the details. Peng Guang's mother actually has royal blood, related to the Qing Dynasty. Surprising. So that makes PG a princess. lols.

And the day before the kayaking trip, a Saturday. My family went to PP to get my father some new clothing for work. It's rather tiring to be on the lookout for parking space. There were people who failed to signal but demanded that lot. And people who just so happened to be in front/behind us. We were just not lucky. Have to find out what's the problem with my family. We are always so unlucky, luck ain't on our side. Can't strike ToTo and stuff like that. Had to get through with hardwork..!

So we went to Isetan. My father's quite casual, here choose shirt, there choose pants. And we had two salesgirls who had to attend to us. HEhe. All the stuff add up to $1000. ANd how great that felt. To have altogether three salesgirls to pack the clothing and settle the bill. Consumer sovereign!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, I only spent $2.50 on a crispy chicken pancake burger at WaterRise. It's freaky. THe girl at the counter was scary, seductive... ARRRHHHHH...................
