Second post for the day

Some people are weird. They know nuts about some issue and they claim to know it all. They appear to be noble, to be above all. C'mon, do something to impress me. So there you are, sitting comfy in your own group. You wanna know what's wrong. let'em tell u, the foundation ain't there. Surely you ain't oblivion to this obvious fact. Or is it that you have never considered such a problem will interfere with whatever you are trying to achieve? If you think that using beautifully crafted words can make your conscience feel better, then go ahead. When a whole group fails to achieve something, the leader is questioned.

So here's my qtn, what will leaders do to bond everybody together? In this instance, I see them showing attitude. Separating people. It ain't individual accomplishment that we are referring to here. It's a group accomplishment. Problems lie with how leaders relate to the individual and the ideas that they instill into the individuals. It will never come together. Not the group. But only as an individual or partial groups where cliques form within the group that opposes to the ideal as a whole lot.
